After enjoying eleven years as a professional actress, in the late nineties Liz's move to hospitality saw her open an innovative American burger restaurant in Covent Garden that was a fore runner for a lot of the organic & ethical burger retailers currently found on the high street.
She was later part of the high profile opening of the new Ondaatje Wing at the National Portrait Gallery and spent seven incredible years there enjoying the restaurant's stunning roof top views.
Before joining, Liz's last project was opening the 96 metre 'Champagne Bar' which opened to great acclaim at the celebrated newly refurbished St Pancras International Station, in November 2008.
